For many years now, continual improvements in medical security and quality have been an essential part of the establishment’s structure and healthcare planning.
Created by the board, passed on to clinic management, and then implemented by the totality of staff and medical community members, the Quality Policy, was further refined at the beginning of 2007, and is now based on eight clearly delineated fundamental principles :

Patient consideration in its three dimensions : welcome, providing information, and listening
The Fight again Suffering (beginning first and foremost with pain management),
Hygiene and Fight against nosocomial infections
Blood Transfusion Safety
Personnel training
Mastering and management of risks
The modernity of technical equipment
The development of a continuous evaluation policy

These fundamentals form the basis of the year-long training completed by all new staff members, and thanks to which a common culture dedicated to quality service and safe medical care has been created.
